Delivery takes up to 5 working days.
Customers may open, inspect, and try the package before accepting the order.
Exchange Policy
Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
A proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if the order is returned immediately with the courier.
Customers may open, inspect, and try the order before accepting it.
Once the courier leaves, refunds are no longer applicable, and only exchanges will be accepted according to our exchange policy.
