Exchange Policy

• Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Refund Policy

• Refunds apply only if the order is returned with the courier.
• You may open, try, and inspect your order before accepting the package; once the courier leaves, refunds are no longer applicable, and only exchanges will be accepted.
